Trainer Jay absolutely loves what he does and does this to help people as he could be charging a lot more than he does considering the caliber of trainer that he is on top of that he takes over your nutrition for no extra fees. . Like most of the reviews I have read on here I agree .. Jay is a RESULTS DRIVEN trainer..I have listened to his nutrition advice and never miss my sessions and my body has completely changed in the 9 months I’ve been with Jay.. you just can’t go wrong .. The first thing that comes to mind when writing this review is that Jay really cares... also the word passionate comes to mind. Jay absolutely loves fitness and it really comes across when he’s training me. I train 5 times a week and couldn’t be happier. Will not find a better trainer (you can waste your time looking but you just won’t ) on top of all of this Most trainers don’t know about Nutrition and how to guide you in this. I started training with Jay 6 months ago when I was 296 lbs. and was told by my doctor that I would be facing serious health issues if I didn’t make drastic changes. I was skeptical about trainers given my past experiences. However, my wife looked for a trainer and found Jay. I met with him at this home and training site and got a very good vibe from him. We settled on 2 days a week in the mornings.
The first few sessions were challenging. I looked for every reason to cancel and quit. Jay is a masterful motivator. He was tough on me when he needed to be and was always supportive. I told him after the first few training sessions I would never exercise. He told me to give it time and once I saw results, I would enjoy it.
